Graduation at the Bruckner University
Degree programmes and university courses are completed with the conferring of a Bachelor of Arts or a Master of Arts degree.
Registration
At the Student Service.
Registration for graduation is submitted by form and must be submitted by the registration deadline specified for the respective examination date.
Important
If you are enrolled in two programmes, KBA and PBA or KMA and PMA, you must register for each programme separately.
What steps are necessary at the end of your degree programme?
Here you will find a step-by-step guide.
Please note that all course grades and/or credits required for your degree must be complete by the end of the examination period (31 October for the summer semester, 31 March for the winter semester) in order to graduate in the respective semester!
If all grades and credits have not been awarded by the specified deadlines and you have not enrolled for the immediately following semester:
In this case, the degree can only be validly obtained in the semester after next, provided that the tuition fees for this semester are paid on time.
Mandatory for obtaining the final degree certificate for your studies:

Providing your private e-mail address (the form for this can be found on this page under the ‘Forms’ tab).
Confirmation from the library that there are no outstanding amounts on your user account (the form for this can be found on this page under the ‘Forms’ tab).
Only after you have submitted these three confirmations (preferably as an upload to your student file in bonline) can we issue you with the documents relating to your degree.
