Opening Hours

Opening hours during term time

  • Monday - Thursday 09:30 am - 12:00 am
  • Tuesday & Thursday 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm
  • Closed on Fridays

On Wednesday 3 June, the service centre will be open from 11 am to 12 noon only.

Vacation Opening Hours

During the holiday periods, the Student Services Office is open Monday to Thursday from 10 am to 12 noon.

Enrolment period

  • Enrolment period for the winter semester: September 10th to October 5th
  • Enrolment period for the summer semester: February 10th to March 5th
