Opening Hours
Opening hours during term time and during the enrolment periods
- Monday - Thursday 09:30 am - 12:00 am
- Tuesday & Thursday 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm
- Closed on Fridays
On Tuesday, 6 October 2026 (the first day of the late enrolment period), the Student Services Office will be closed in the morning.
In the afternoon, it will be open as usual from 2 pm to 4 pm.
Vacation Opening Hours
During the holiday periods, the Student Services Office is open Monday to Thursday from 10 am to 12 noon.
Enrolment period
- Enrolment period for the winter semester: September 10th to October 5th
- Enrolment period for the summer semester: February 10th to March 5th
