Library
The university library of the Anton Bruckner Private University for Music, Drama and Dance is the largest publicly accessible music library in Upper Austria. It holds over 100,000 items and supports research and teaching at the university. The majority of the items are available for loan. Our wide range of resources includes not only sheet music, books and audiovisual media, but also journals and e-resources on the subjects of music, dance and theatre, as well as related disciplines such as pedagogy, cultural studies and artistic research.

Mon - Thu: 09:00 am - 06:00 pm
Fri: 09:00 am - 02:30 pm
Closed on public holidays
Opening hours during the holiday period:
1st – 31st July 2026: 9.00 am–1.00 pm
3rd – 28th August 2026: closed
31st August – 18th September 2026: 9.00 am–1.00 pm
From 21st September 2026, the usual opening hours will apply again.
