b-doc is ABU's new, permanent documentation system: all artistic, artistic-scholarly, and scholarly achievements are recorded centrally via the following link: b-doc

As a counterpart to bonline, b-doc (bruckner-documentation) complements the portfolio of information and knowledge management in teaching, research and service entities. b-doc offers the possibility to targetably display, retrieve and make visible information about university staff members and their performance profiles.

The primary objective of b-doc is to sustainably reduce the workload of all employees at our university by rendering time-consuming and repeated queries and data entries obsolete in the future.

The over two-year project was launched in October 2022 and was initially led by Univ.-Prof. Dr. Markus Neuwirth until February 2024, then by Marc Ernesti until April 2025. b-doc was funded by the ‘Arbeit Menschen Digital’ (Work People Digital) future fund of the Upper Austrian Chamber of Labour. The documentation system successfully went live in March 2025.
