Mateusz Duda is an award-winning polish-born pianist. Since the early years he took part in numerous piano competitions and festivals including Piano Competition for Young Pianists in Łódź, Poland (3rd prize); 18th International Bach Piano Competition in Gorzów Wielkopolski, Poland (3rd prize) and 6th International Juliusz Zarebski Completion in Łomianki in Warsaw (1st prize), National H. Czerny-Stefańska Piano Tournament in Żagań (3rd prize); VI. National Forum of Young Instrumentalists in Rybnik (2nd prize); Calgary Concerto Competition (performance of Rachmaninoff's Piano Concerto No. 3 in D minor, Op. 30 - Finalist); Morningside Music Bridge Chamber Music Competition – Calgary (1st prize).

In 2015 he began his studies at the Royal Academy of Music in London with Colin Stone and Michael Dussek. During his time at RAM, he was awarded several prizes such as the RAM Club Prize for Best Collaborative Pianist, the Bach Prize and the annual Foundation Prize.

Upon completing his studies in London Mateusz pursued his further education at the Mozarteum University in Salzburg with Professor Pietro de Maria. Mateusz has worked with several orchestras including Calgary Philharmonic, Czestochowa Philharmonic and Silesian Symphonic Orchestra. Additionally he also gave many solo and chamber music recitals in various venues such as Akademia Sztuki (eng: Academy of Fine Arts) - Szczecin, Poland, Fryderyk Chopin Museum (Chopin's birthplace) in Żelazowa Wola, St. Martin-in-the- Fields in London. He is regularly invited to various Festivals and summer programmes in Austria and Germany.
