About the shared apartment:
Your roommate would be Valerie (with her super sweet dog Moni) – she also studies at ABPU, is a very warm person, and has just moved in herself. Another room will probably become available soon because the third member of our trio is also moving out soon – so you could help shape the shared apartment's occupancy. :-)

An 84 m² furnished apartment with 4 rooms and a large, newly renovated south-facing balcony is available.
The apartment is located on the 4th floor (with lift) of a multi-family house and is laid out as follows: entrance hall, kitchen, bathroom with window and bathtub, separate toilet, storage room, living room (walk-through room) with south-facing balcony & three individual rooms measuring 16/12/10m². The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and oven, and there is a washing machine in the bathroom.
The building was newly renovated in 2024.
The apartment is fully furnished. Three rooms are each equipped with a bed, wardrobe and desk. The living room has a corner sofa, a dining table and a wall unit + chest of drawers. Use of the furniture is included in the price.
The apartment on Freistädterstraße in Linz is well connected and is located in the immediate vicinity of the Linke Brückenstraße bus and tram stop. A supermarket and the banks of the Danube are also within walking distance.
The total cost is €1,258 including utilities, heating and household insurance (excluding electricity and internet/television).
