I am looking for a quiet, reliable roommate for a beautiful, fully furnished 2-room apartment in the quiet residential area of Urfahr-Auberg. Ideal for anyone who appreciates plenty of space and peace and quiet.
Important to know: I am rarely in the apartment myself (due to work), so you can use the apartment on your own most of the time. My use of the apartment is subject to prior agreement and is limited to a maximum of 2-4 stays per month.

The apartment is in Freistädter Straße, in Urfahr, next to the tram station "Linke Brückenstraße". The center is 15-20min by public transport, and the Uni is also 20 min far, taking the bus 33. The rent is 211,81€ per person, without the bills (with the bills it's aproximately 260€). The flat is 68m2.
There are two other people living in the flat, both female students of the Bruckneruni (one of them is singer, the other violinist). In the flat there is no problem to practice because all the neighbours are also musicians (also students from the Bruckneruni).
In the room there's already a bed, a wardrobe, a bedside table and lamp and a chair. The room is little but large enough for all the forniture and still have space for practicing, for example. Also the room and the whole flat have big windows, so when there is light it's very bright.

I live in another room in the apartment and commute between Vienna and Linz.
