Hard facts:
- Shared apartment with living room and balcony
- Your future room is approx. 13 square meters and costs €345 all inclusive
- A wardrobe can be taken over.
- Additional costs: €830 deposit AND €947 one-time fee for many high-quality pieces of furniture that we took over from the previous tenant.
About the shared apartment:
Your roommate would be Valerie (with her super sweet dog Moni) – she also studies at ABPU, is a very warm person, and has just moved in herself. Another room will probably become available soon because the third member of our trio is also moving out soon – so you could help shape the shared apartment's occupancy. :-)
