Inter-university cooperation is very important to us at ABU. It is not only about benefiting from synergy effects, but above all about providing our students with the best possible education. The Bachelor's programme in Cultural Studies is a joint programme offered by four universities in Linz, within the framework of which it is also possible to attend individual courses at the ABU. Admissions and entrance examinations are handled by the University of Art and Design Linz. We have also introduced an English-language Master's degree programme in Postdigital Lutherie in cooperation with the University of Art and Design Linz.
In the ‘Cluster Mitte’, an association of ten universities in Upper Austria and Salzburg, we offer a teacher training programme in music in Linz in cooperation with the two universities of education.
