Barbara Lüneburg, Professor of Artistic Research and Head of the Doctoral Programmes at the Anton Bruckner University, represents the Bruckner University as a member of the scientific research team in the international research project: “Artistic Music Research: Potentials and Perspectives for Artistic and Scientific Music Research in German-speaking Countries”, funded by the German Research Foundation DFG (project duration 2022–2025).
From the DFG statement: “This is a scientific network in which the potentials and perspectives of Artistic Music Research are to be explored. The network offers the opportunity to fundamentally explore the field of Artistic Music Research, which is less established in Germany than in other European countries. The working group’s composition brings together important players active in this field”.
