On the occasion of the publication of "Ludified", the monograph on the artistic research project ‘GAPPP-Gamified Audiovisual Performance and Performance Practice’, MICA interviewed the art and research team, Marko Ciciliani, Barbara Lüneburg and Andreas Pirchner, about their work on GAPPP, artistic research and their self-image as artists/researchers.

“With the artistic research project ‘GAPPP - Gamified Audiovisual Performance and Performance Practice’, the two artistic researchers MARKO CICILIANI (composition) and BARBARA LÜNEBURG (violin) as well as the musicologist and designer ANDREAS PIRCHNER have created a creative research platform that had unexpected implications and enabled the encounter and exchange of disciplines and art on many levels. GAPPP was funded by the Austrian Science Fund as PEEK project AR 364-G24. The publication ‘Ludified’, which summarises the most important data and results of the five years and was published this spring, offers an insight into the team's work.” (MICA)
