Publication of Rose Breuss’s ‘Spherical Dances’ in the Phaidra-Repositorium of the BrucknerUni

Rose Breuss, University Professor in the Institute of Dance Arts (IDA) and supervisor in the doctoral programmes of Anton Bruckner University, has published her dance score ‘Spherical Dances’. The publication arose as part of the FWF-PEEK research project AR640 and is freely accessible in the university’s Phaidra repository (DOI: doi.org/10.71746/v5jb-tq93).

’Spherical Dances’ is a choreographical score for dance quintett and movement choir which makes text, images and notation tangible. It connects artistic practice with theoretical reflection and examines movement as a multifaceted phenomenon.

With this publication, Rose Breuss strengthens the profile of Anton Bruckner University in the field of artistic research in dance.
