In her artistic research project, Arias Parra examines the role of composers within collaborative creative processes and challenges traditional hierarchies of musical production. Drawing on theories of group creativity and creative leadership, she explores how new technologies, digital tools, and alternative forms of communication can contribute to more flexible and less hierarchical models of composing and music-making. Through collaborative, educational, and interdisciplinary projects, her research opens up new perspectives on the relationships between the various actors of the contemporary music scene and on the design of shared artistic processes.
