Andreas
Aichinger
Andreas Aichinger was born in Linz, Upper Austria, in 1993. He received his first trumpet lessons at the age of seven from Mag. Manfred Jäger at the Hartkirchen Regional Music School.
He studied at the Anton Bruckner Private University with Mag. Bernhard Bär, Markus Eder, Prof. Josef Eidenberger and Prof. Florian Klingler. He also studied at the Mozarteum University in Salzburg with Prof. Johann Gansch and at the Zurich University of the Arts with Prof. Frits Damrow.
Andreas Aichinger taught at the Upper Austrian State Music School and played as a substitute in the Bruckner Orchestra Linz. From April 2018 to July 2019, he was an academician with the Munich Philharmonic Orchestra and then solo trumpeter with the St. Gallen Symphony Orchestra in Switzerland.
