Event Services
The Event Services department coordinates all events at Anton Bruckner University. In addition to the university's own productions, these also include collaborative events with external partner organizations. Most of the events take place in the ABU's halls, but external venues are also used regularly. The department is responsible for many areas: scheduling and coordinating events within the academic year, initiating and handling collaborations, providing organizational support for projects in the planning phase, managing the university's own halls, creating programmes and printed materials, ticketing and royalty accounting, and finally, coordinating the production of events on site.

Responsibilities
- Annual planning of events
- Reservation and management of ABU event rooms
- Coordination of internal and external events
- Drafting of cooperation agreements with external partner organizations for events
- Coordination with the respective artistic project managers
- Creation of printed materials for events and final exams
- Creation of QR codes as links to programme booklets
- Catering for selected events
- Coordination of event agendas with facility services and media and production services
- Planning and production of in-house events, such as Christmas parties, graduation ceremonies, Open Service Day, welcome breakfasts, or rector's forums
- Entering and maintaining event dates in the event calendar on the website
- Managing the ticket shop (creating tickets, billing advance sales, scanning tickets at the entrance)
- Settlements with the AKM rights management society
- Communication with authorities in the area of events
- Sponsor acquisition and initiation of collaborations
