The head of our Doctoral Programmes, Barbara Lüneburg, gave a research presentation titled “Gender Narratives and the Embodiment of Charisma in European Art Music Performance”, which provided insights in the FWF project “Embodying Expression, Gender and Charisma – Breaking Boundaries of Classical Instrumental Practices” (project AR 749 G). She also participated as panelist in the round table “Tipping Point. Accelerating Collaboration in the Expanding Artistic Research Community”. Senior Scientist Vittoria Ecclesia presented a research performance together with flautist Albane Tamagna from the Conservatoire de Liège (Belgium), titled “Lingue che Mancano: Rediscovering Our Roots through Breath and Sound”. They discussed the initial stages of their joint artistic research project, and performed a co-created piece for clarinet, flute and electronics titled “Castagne e Castègn”.
Also present were members of the organising committee for EPARM 2027: Project Coordinator Kelsey Albright, Vice-Rector for Research Markus Neuwirth and Rector Martin Rummel, who, during the closing session, presented Bruckneruni as the host of EPARM 2027, which will take place from 22–24 April 2027 in Linz.
