Trusted Contact Persons
Safe Spaces
Do you have a concern that is bothering you?
Perhaps a difficult situation at university, uncertainty in dealing with teachers or fellow students – or maybe you just want a confidential conversation?
Then you can contact our trusted contact persons at any time.
You can simply send them a short email or drop by their office. They will listen to you, take your concerns seriously and treat them confidentially. Together, you can consider what the next steps should be for you – or whether it is enough to simply have someone listen to you.
Who are the trusted contact persons?
Our trusted contact persons are members of the teaching and administrative staff who have agreed to support students in a protected environment. Below you will find a list of all trusted contact persons – and thanks to the Safe Spaces sticker, you can also recognise them directly by their office door.
Important to know: The trusted contact persons do not replace legal advice and are not an official complaints body. But they are there to provide you with a safe space for your questions, concerns and conflicts. Depending on the issue, they may also refer you to other appropriate internal or external contact points so that you receive the best possible support.
